Youth and the future of work

Work attachment is still strong in France and this is true for a majority of young people. But entering the workplace is proving a challenge for the latter at a time of far-reaching technological and organisational changes in this context. And yet, the sense of purpose found in work matters to young people, as does an improvement in personal and collective well-being, health and quality of life in the workplace.
