    Overview
    Présentation

Controlling the risks associated with chemicals, substances and mixtures of substances, produced and used by all actors is a major public health and environmental issue. Drawn up and debated at length between 2001 and 2007, the European REACh (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) Regulation came into force on 1 January 2007 to address this issue.
