    Overview
    Présentation

The Grenelle environmental initiative and the “Grenelle I” Act envisage the drawing up of a National infrastructural and transport plan (SNIT). The government has submitted its draft SNIT to the ESEC for its opinion before presenting it to Parliament.
This Plan establishes the State’s approach over 20 to 30 years to developing, modernising and maintaining the infrastructure networks falling within its competence, reducing their impact on the environment while encouraging economic development. It specifies how the State intends to support regional authorities to develop their networks.
