The Prime Minister brought before the ESEC several aspirational Articles (1, 14, 17, 26, 27 and 29) of the future agriculture, food and forest bill which aims to allow French agriculture and the agri-food and forestry sectors to “rise to the challenge of competitiveness (...) and to contribute to the productive development of France”.
